Building Your Pool With AquaticTex
Design Your Dream Backyard First, we get it all on paper! You meet with our designer to plan your pool, spa, bbq, deck, tile, accents, landscape, etc. A drawing of your dream backyard will be given to you. Review it and make any changes.
Planning & Layout When you have approved the final drawing, we will submit the required paperwork to your HOA (if necessary) and obtain all approvals and permits we need to get started!
Excavation We use a bobcat machine to quickly excavate the shape of your pool. This usually takes about 3-4 hours.
Steel Installation Steel rebar is installed.
Electrical & Plumbing Pipes are installed within the pool/spa area and electrical wires are put into place.
Gunite Application Gunite is applied and your pool takes shape! Gunite requires several days of curing. The gunite needs to be watered at least twice per day until it's time to plaster.
Plaster Application Plaster is applied. Choose traditional plaster or any number of new plasters available. You may also want to add ceramic accents into the plaster such as mermaids, fish or sea shells.
Tile & Coping Accent Tile and deck coping is installed around the perimeter of the pool/spa. The pool is filled with water.
Decking & Accents Your chosen deck material is installed around the pool and any other accents you may have.
Cleanup Although we carefully clean as we go, we now insure your yard is completely cleaned of any leftover construction debris.
Landscape & Lighting Additional landscape and lighting may now be added. You'll want to show off your pool/spa!
