Spas offer many benefits:

- They create romantic settings in the privacy of your own backyard.
- In-ground spas and portable spas are very similar in costs.
- In-ground spas have less maintenance because they are attached to pool water supply and don't require separate chemicals .
- A heater can be used for pool or spa.

Does a pool increase my home value?
- YES! The rule of thumb used by most banks and finance companies if 50% of the swimming pool cost is added to property value immediately.

Are swimming pool loans tax deductible?
- YES, if the pool is financed as a home improvement loan, interest is generally deductible. Always check with your tax advisor to be sure.

Do I need equity to qualify for a swimming pool loan?
- If you live in the Houston area, we have a special non-equity home improvement loan which requires no equity to qualify at a great interest rate (rates may vary up or down). We have financing available at compettive rates!
